Wellniche, Inc. (formerly Medication Engagement Reward initiative and recognized as MERI) reserves the rights to allow participants into its service based upon factors Wellniche and its affiliates deem appropriate and necessary for success. 

Wellniche will assume that by participating in our services via this website or any affiliate websites  or platforms that you provide Wellniche with consent to follow up with practitioners involved in your direct care, not limited to physician, nurses,, pharmacists, trainers/coaches, hospitals, for profit entities, nonprofit entities, and any other individual or entity involved in the process of your wellness activitie.  Wellniche reserves the right to, at any time, to request a written consent for the 

purpose of participation and coordination of services.

Wellniche recognizes your privacy and takes steps to protect your privacy and Protected Health Information (PHI), violation of any laws not withstanding, in which case Wellniche is legally bound to report to a governing body or law enforcement. Otherwise, Wellniche and its affiliates will seek consent to access matters deemed private, including access to photos, technology used in services, and otherwise any tangible or intangible matter that relates to the systems, providers, and individuals participating in the services.
